“Sunday lunch, it was great. We had the combination plate (meat and veggie) for three people. There was a lot of food and it was all very good. We almost ate it all. The coffee is also really good. Definitely recommend it and would definitely go back again!”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. “Anyone that downstars this place doesn't know the difference between buffet food and restaurant food. This is best buffet style food I've had in years. And actually, their ribs are better than most restaurants/takeaways in the area. And they're a little cheaper, which is a plus. “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

“Never been to this Travelodge before but I’ve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. It’s a little convoluted to get here, certainly if you’re coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parking…..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldn’t affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush though”

“A standard Premier Inn as you'd expect and looking like it has had a recent makeover. Our room was modern, clean with ample storage for our one night stay. Reception staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even though the booking in process was a little slow, they were great. Water pressure is low, so washing shampoo out of a lot of hair, not a problem for me, but it was for my wife, takes a little while. Easy to drive to, just a few minutes off of the A13 and with several bus routes running past the hotel. I don't think we've stayed in a better Premier Inn.”

It says a lot about the coffee they create -- warm, fresh aroma packed with good vibes. The mozarella melt was tasty and delicious too. “Finally got around to visiting today and it was a great experience. Food was quality, staff were super nice and attentive, and the outdoor seating was cute and kept warm. Definitely try the chicken tikka (moist and flavourful!). The tawa was presented really nicely and the portion size was 100% worth the price. Cocktails were tasty and I recommend trying their shooters. We had a few of them and they were nice enough to let us try a new one on the house. Very interesting combinations that I wouldn’t usually think to get but I’m happy that I tried them. I’m sorry we didn’t get your names but all of you were amazing and provided 10/10 service!”

“What an amazing hidden gem! The restaurant only seats about 20 people but the food is outstanding. Reminiscent of the rich indulgent food you find in North India. The Amritsari Kulcha was a real standout. As was the Old Delhi butter chicken, chicken lollipops, pani puri and chai. Everything a was amazing so you can’t go wrong!”
