“Dene Dental Practise Northwood Vik Shah has been my dentist for many years. Throughout that time he has always made each visit as comfortable as possible. At routine checkups he will carry out a thorough examination using modern equipment and advise you how to improve your brushing and flossing technique. Also, importantly, how to look after your gums. If major works needs doing he will explain why the problem has arisen and options that are available. He will explain in plain language what these are, how long it will take and the cost. He leaves the choice to you but will advise if asked. There is never any pressure for a quick decision. At all times he will keep any discomfort to a minimum and will use modern injections if required. His dental assistant will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Finally, when it comes to booking appointments the receptionist is very helpful especially for emergencies. If you require a highly skilled dentist who uses state of the art technology, the finest materials, and has a good team around him I recommend Vik Shah.”

Both Lydia and Victoria are very professional, very warm, welcoming and friendly and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Treatment plan is very clearly explained, thorough advice given and treatment is excellent. All the dental support staff and admin/reception team are also wonderful. “Final call-out on the saga of playing up John Lewis Fridge Freezer, which, sadly, after 12 years, needs now to be replaced. We Repair would have replaced the temp control and motherboard, but, the engineer discovered that the gas was only at 50%, which means there is a leak, not repairable, so need to replace. We Repair are definitely the best outfit all round from phone support to the brilliant engineer I've ever had to deal with. Highly recommend you ask for them, if you have a choice. Cannot fault the service from We Repair (via D&G). All aspects of the service are really good, from phone support at customer services, timely updates to the last 30 minutes prior to arrival of engineer, to the acutal knowledge and capabilities of the engineer to identify and sort out the issue with our Fridge / Freezer.
