The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!”

“I've been visiting Dr Ross since March 2023. They fit me in at really short notice for my very severe back pain. Dr Ross was empathic kind and very understanding. He started working on me straight away and I'm now down to 1 visit every 2 weeks.I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a chiropractor. I will be continuing my visits and following all advice. 5+stars would give more if I could.”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“I can't thank Martin enough for everything that he has helped me with. Back in August of last year I had a breakdown - what I now refer to as a breakthrough - I didn't think I would ever be able to leave my home again. I had a really pleasant time and the rooms were clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff’s excellent customer service.
