“Always a great service. Hence the 5 stars. My only complain. I am someone who pays for their prescriptions (and as a tax payer someone who pays for non paying patients) each time I have been to collect a prescription literally every single person when asked “do you pay for your prescription” the answer is always “no”. And the medication is handed over no questions asked. Sure if they do not pay for prescriptions they should be required to prove this. There should be stricter checks. I get that the staff behind the counter are busy but they are tax payers as well. Hate the idea of people mooching of the tax paying support system. The pharmacy itself and staff are great (5 stars)”

“Been going there for years and never had a problem with staff or prescriptions .the young lady who serves is polite friendly does her best for customers but I think they do under appreciate her .she deserves a medal working with the weekend pharmacist who always acts like she hates being there.”

“My mother had a stoke and they have been a god send on many occassions. They have been proactive and they stopped giving her a long supply after she messed up and did not tell me, I was very impressed, they are very professional. They have really been a huge help and seem to know more than the GP office, I am very grateful. They are serious, would not say impolite, when you are giving out drugs and peoples lives on the line, not a good idea to joke around. They have been fantastic, thank you.”

“There seems to be a lot of negative reviews of this place, but in comparison to the local Boots, this pharmacy is amazing. Firstly, they will pick up your phone - sometimes you may need to call twice, but they do pick up. Boots would never. They have all the essential medications ready on the same day, and at Boots I had to wait 3 days to get very commonly prescribed antibiotic. At Boots I had to wait 5 days for my repeat prescription that they already filled many times. In this pharmacy it’s always ready on time, and when my repeat prescription was changed to a lower dose, they called me to check if this was correct or if I needed them to contact my GP to issue more. When I was in the pharmacy I was offered free vaccinations as a walk-in instead of having to schedule. I was always given great advice when it comes to vitamins and dealing with other small health ailments. They even ordered a beauty product I requested so I could buy it there instead of ordering online. Exceptional service that puts patient care first. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​”

“My appointment was at 9.30am. I was a bit early. Staff allowed me to get in. All my documents have been uploaded already. They asked me if I would like to add or upload more paper work. I said no. They didn't force me to upload more.However it took only a few minutes to complete the biometric. Every staff member was helpful.”

“I have worked from Therapies for 12 years or more now. The treatment rooms have everything needed, including a wash hand basin, are welcoming and decorated really nicely. There is also storage space, a kitchen and w.c. plus a separate room for talking therapies Everything is well maintained, clean and secure. Ideal for transport links, with ample parking nearby. A variety of therapies on offer to attract new clients and everyone is friendly and supportive towards each other. I have made some good friends and am really happy working from here. The owner couldn’t be more helpful and encouraging. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant working environment with flexible and value for money options.”
