“5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“Booked in for 2 nights at St James' Court and it was a fantastic experience. Service was top notch and very friendly. We used the George V conference room which was fantastic room and plentiful of space for a group of 10. The break out area within the meeting room was very helpful for lunch and comfort breaks too. Used the spa for an hour on the 2nd day and it was a relaxing experience - wish I could have stayed for longer. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and so many options for both. Really enjoyed the whole experience and the team at A Taj made a real effort in making sure you had a great time.”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

We were here for a lovely three course Christmas dinner just a few days before Christmas and it was definitely the best pub Xmas dinner we have had this year. Thank you.”

“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.”

“A lovely restaurant with even lovelier food and staff! The manager and waiters were all friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We got the Goats Cheese with salad as a starter which was delicious, for our mains we got the Baraka Special and the Yogortlu Kofte which were both flavourful and perfectly cooked, and finished with a Baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was great - the perfect place for a business lunch or a quiet date. Looking forward to my next visit!”

The chicken tikka masala was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The sauce was just the right balance of tangy and savory, complementing the tender chicken beautifully. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. For anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a welcoming setting, Zin is definitely worth a visit. “I was here for the first time for an early afternoon dinner. This is one of the pizzas I had in London.It’s real Italian and very tasty. The straciatella and spicy salami pizza is just the best. Burrata must be good but I will try that next time. The cocktails are also great. One of the few places which has campari spritz on their menu. The value is also good. If you’re coming for dinner at prime time you should book but otherwise you’re OK. I will be coming back.”

I ordered the machboos, and it was exceptional — beautifully seasoned, aromatic, and full of depth without ever feeling heavy. Every bite had that comforting home-cooked quality, but elevated with precision and balance. You can clearly taste the chef’s roots and passion in the way each dish is put together. The service was also excellent. Staff were attentive without hovering, and genuinely friendly. They guided me through a few menu recommendations and checked in just the right amount. It made the experience feel personal rather than routine. Overall, this is one of the best Middle Eastern meals I’ve had in London. Authentic flavours, generous portions, a great atmosphere, and a team that really knows how to make guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning.”

“I didn’t notice there was such a good, authentic chinese restaurant at elephant and castle. it easily became one of my favourites, with actual high quality chinese food. it was so good we couldn’t help but order more despite being so full!! the wonton soup is a must try (you could request for noodles with it). the salt baked french beans was new to me but so delicious and refreshing. the shrimp in kung po sauce was amazing (and authentic too). the crab fried rice was my favourite tho, the dryness of the dish was just right. finally they gave us desserts on the house, the chocolate cake was really good, not too spongey nor too sweet.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The property itself is nice, modern, and very well-kept. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel also has on-site parking which was good. Even when the main car park was full, the staff would arrange additional parking elsewhere There are lots of restaurants and food spots nearby, giving plenty of options for meals. Plus, the transport links to Central London are very good, making it easy to get around. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay and i’d definitely recommend”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

“We just used this hotel for one night to see a show. Location was brilliant - a minute from Carnaby Street and Soho. Check in was hassle free, and the room was perfect. Not huge, but there was a classic Premier Inn bed, great shower, and everything you needed for your stay. The room was spotless! Service was excellent. We needed a couple of extra pillows that were provided without fuss. All in all, a nice place for a short stay!”
