“The staff welcomed us with a warm smile and presented our table. After around 10 minutes, a staff inquired what we liked to drink and took our food order soon after. We had a salmon dish and a couple of appetizers, and the freshness of the whole meal did not disappoint! Cleanliness was maintained well as I witnessed the staff cleaning the tables efficiently for the next customers. As a tourist, this is definitely a place we would recommend and return to on our visits here in Kensington. Truly, Memories of India!”

“I really enjoy the classes with my son Freddie. We are now going onto level 4 baby swim with Nano. Nano is a great instructor, he takes time to explain what we need to do and shows professionalism and makes the classes enjoyable. My son who's 11 months loves the swimming and listening to the nursery rhymes. I would recommend osterley centre it is clean and staff are lovely. It's a brilliant set up and I'm looking forward to many more lessons. Xox”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.”

Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. “Really nice hotel and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great. Only mild concern was the location? It felt quite out of place and the direct route from Whitechapel tube station feels quite dodgy especially at night. Some great food places around the area though.”

“Plenty of open space and wooded areas to explore, with the well appointed hub for all your other needs(cafe, toilets), and a great play park for the kiddies. Miniature railway and a small farm nearby, can't recommend enough. We went for this year's fireworks display and it didn't disappoint. Well worth a family visit.”

For me this place is a little gem as, since I moved to the area, I struggled to find a brunch place where they offer less "traditional" (and greener) breakfast options, finally I found it and I love the homemade hash browns with avocado and feta cheese! “Fantastic local pub that understands its modern clients and loyal Newham past. Love the traditional East End decor that feels home to proper geezers and modern students alike. The dartboard, mix of retro furniture, mosaic & wooden flooring is somewhere I'm definitely coming back too. My darts are accurately inaccurate. The warmth of this part of earthy London is still alive. The fact it sells rich home-made mulled wine next to Guiness, inch's cider and Pravha says a lot. Events space on offer too.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, nearby attractions, and plenty of conveniences around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring the city. Another highlight was the in-house pub, which served delicious food and a good selection of beers. It was a great spot to unwind without even leaving the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”

“I was sent unexpectedly to phlebotomy today and so rather than risk the queue at CUH I decided to go to Purley Hospital. I am so glad I did. I saw Wendy, the phlebotomist who was astonishingly fantastic. For only the second time in my life I could honestly say I didn't feel the needle going in. She was so well organised that it took mere moments for the three or four files of blood to be taken. People always struggle getting blood from me, A&E on Sunday were horrendous but Wendy was amazing. She could certainly teach them a thing or two. Please don't ever leave Wendy.”

“I stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The room was very well cleaned and had a decent view out to the main road + the matresses were soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed their free breakfast as well. The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when I ordered some food to the hotel. I'd definitely come again. :)”
