“I've been to this salon about 5 times now for a hot wax. Not only has their service been faultless consistently since the first time I've been, the staff are the sweetest, kindest women I've met. I've had 3 different ladies doing my wax for me now, and each time I've had to do with a new person, I've had some anxiety, and each time I left completely satisfied with the service. The place itself is very clean. My first time getting individual lashes she reassured me to ensure I was ok with everything. Relaxing music was played to make me feel comfortable. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the outcome. My nails were shaped to my required style and Jenna was gentle removing any excess skin around my cuticles. Shellac polish was applied and they came out beautifully.
