“Harris Chemist - Selsdon. I wrote a review about two years ago and since then nothing has changed much apart from their service has improved further, if there was such a think. My prescription was sent the G.P. this morning at around 11 a.m. By the time I drove from the surgery down to the chemist, which is about 10 minutes, the prescription was almost ready apart from one item. Waited for a minute or so and all my items (about 10 medications) were sorted out and I walked out thinking they deserve a mention. This morning three people need singly out, pharmacist Dipa, assistant Bharat and Kushi for their outstanding attention to detail. More power to owner Reema.”

The lead pharmacist (who I believe might also be the owner) went above and beyond to secure yellow fever vaccines for me and my partner ahead of our trip — during a national shortage, no less. She personally managed to source two vaccines from another pharmacy, had them driven over so we could get vaccinated in time, and made the whole process completely stress-free. She also gave my partner some really helpful travel vaccine advice and genuinely cared about making sure we were protected and comfortable. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like it. The pharmacy itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough — five stars from me!”

“After leaving sorting my travel vaccinations a bit late, I phoned Crofton who were able to facilitate me getting the vaccines I needed super quickly. The consultation appointment was quick and was able to get all 4x vaccines recommended during the appointment. I was offered super helpful advice on recommended vaccines, without being pushed into committing to anything unnecessary. The pricing of each vaccine was also communicated very transparently, further helping to decide what I needed. I will be returning to Crofton for any further help I need with travel vaccinations.”
