“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. “100% the best pharmacy clinic I’ve ever been to. Kamal is SO accommodating. We had our 2 year olds blood taken and he specially called a nurse with experience in kids blood draws for us, he centrifuged our samples, packaged them, and gave them to FedEx. We had given some instructions on how to centrifuge the blood test over email and on the day he had printed them out, he went over the instructions many times and was SO thorough. Even though my 2 year old was making lots of noise during the blood draw, Kamal was so kind and reassuring. If you have kids who are scared of blood draws, or need complex samples taken that need to be picked up by a courier THIS is where you need to go. There was a very friendly Indian gentleman also there (sorry I don’t remember your name) but he was really lovely and positive. We didn’t feel rushed, or like a nuisance, the nurse Joyce was VERY well experienced and a pro with kids. The pharmacy was in a beautiful location, well organised, brightly lit and clean! 100/100 would recommend. Thank you Kamal, Joyce, and everyone there!”
