“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! “Lovely community space. I have a local book club and they allowed us to do our meet-up there. The staff is lovely and very welcoming as well. All our members loved the place and will repeat. They had an option of vegan and gluten-free cake and dairy free milk which was a bonus. Haven’t tried the food but may do soon.”

“I had a great experience with Estie and their customer service is fantastic! After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. They have incredible outfits in store and I would definitely buy from them again!”

“I visited Primark in Staines today with my friend for some shopping. While trying on a jacket, I accidentally left my bag on the rail and completely forgot about it as we moved to another section of the store. When I realised my bag was missing — with my phone, cards, and money inside — I completely panicked. I went back to the area where I had been, but the bag was gone. I asked a member of staff for help and was directed to Customer Services. That’s when a lovely lady named Tracey approached me and told me she had noticed my bag left unattended and quickly took it to keep it safe before anyone else could approach it. I can’t thank Tracey enough for her kindness and honesty. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were safe. I feel incredibly lucky that she was there — someone else could easily have taken my bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracey. You are an amazing person and a great member of staff. Primark is very lucky to have such wonderful, caring employees like you!”

“Absolutely fantastic little restaurant that offers fantastic food, a friendly, welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. Honestly the best breakfast I've ever had and I find it almost impossible to walk past without giving in to temptation and dropping in any time I'm local. The staff really do make it worthwhile - friendly, smiley, cheerful and make any meal a pleasure. The food is great tasting and incredibly good value for money. Highly, highly recommended. I just hope it doesn't become TOO popular so I can't get in anymore! :D”
