I tried Headmasters on a recommendation for a trim last year and it went well, but this most recent experience was what earned my undying love for the New Malden Headmasters in general and Ellie specifically! Everyone in there is amazing, but Ellie took my midlife crisis in stride and transformed my hair in exactly the way I wanted! I have normally kept my hair around shoulder length but it was in pretty bad shape and needed a drastic change which Ellie pulled off perfectly. The atmosphere of the salon is also amazing, with everyone being very helpful and friendly, constant offers of coffee/tea/biscuits, fun music and good recommendations for styling products etc. Definitely will continue going here for the foreseeable future!”
