“Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. His colleague whose name I have forgotten was equally as friendly and kind. I felt safe and and trusted them and the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend FirmusHeat.”

“My partner went in for a hair cut and I came with him. Everyone was really lovely in there and you can see how kind they are. I was offered a drink by one of the staff whilst waiting and a very young boy getting a hair cut was being a bit difficult but the barber done such a good job with him. My partners hair looks amazing and they done a fantastic job, with hair and beard. I would recommend, and the dog they have there is very friendly.”

My dog always comes back so fresh, neatly trimmed and fluffy after a session here. “Always wanted to try here an one day i convinced the kids to try it an we never looked back. its so lovely fresh food its delicious. Love the decor of the place nice an relax we always sit in there to eat lovely seating area. The kids love the wraps an the string rolls i love there spicy noodle there so fresh so tasty you can see them cook things up in front of you. The staff always so nice the customer service is amazing they always go above an beyond. This is my new favourite place.”

Don’t be fooled when you arrive at what seems like just a trade counter, up the stairs is one of the best bathroom showrooms I have been to. The deal maker is they are able to design the bathroom with your input and provide all the high end brand which lost loads more from the more glamorous providers.”

John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful.
