Their attention to detail was exceptional—every element, from the stunning beading on the wardrobe and dressing table to the perfectly executed mirror doors, was exactly as I envisioned. The paintwork and overall finish were outstanding, elevating the entire space. The whole project came together so nicely! “Driven past this shop many times and made a mental note that they stocked the larger sizes for men. Called in today to buy a black suit. I was met by nice friendly man who wasn't all fake smiles and over the top attention. I told our man what I wanted, he didn't even ask me my size, he gave me a once over then handed me a jacket to try. Although the jacket fitted, he got me to try another one which fitted like a glove. I then tried the trousers on which again fitted well. Next he sorted me a nice plain white shirt. This place is real old school, where you deal with experienced knowledgeable professionals. They have a massive range of clothing and footwear. Although I wasn't rushed at all, I was in and out in 10 minutes. For me this was an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality clothing, excellent service and good value for money. We should all support these wonderful independent places before they all disappear.”

“I never really have cause to go into jewelry shops (I don't really wear any) but I found a watch online that I knew Ernest Jones might be able to get in stock. I wanted to buy it in store, as the only way to keep shops open is for people to actually go in them, but only if they could get the watch and match the price. Oddly, not only was I helped by another Gemma (but a Jemma!) she was lovely and wonderfully helpful. She called another store that carried the watch, organised a price match and had it delivered to that store, so I wouldn't have to go too far to get it. There was the option of having it delivered to my home, but I preferred to pop back into the shop. Everything was made so easy, it was all organised for me and with total cheerfulness, nothing forced or false. There was another lady working there, but although we didn't speak, she was very smiley, despite it being first thing in the morning! The store was tidy, clean and organised, with just a little too much wear on the carpet to age the shop, but shop carpets are always the first victim to wear and tear! Jemma was an absolute delight and I'm genuinely happy to go back in and collect my new watch. Admittedly I'm more excited for the watch, but it's really pretty! I really cannot stress enough how friendly Jemma was, with no hint of annoyance at my weird questions or overly chatty behaviour (I'm a Sunflower person and had only taken my medication about an hour before, which takes a couple of hours to get me to 'normal' person level!) She was fabulous and a true benefit to the company.”
