“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“A massive thank you to the staff at YHA! We were having a bit of a nightmare weekend with a hotel cancelling on us, we managed to secure a last minute booking at YHA and the staff were very kind to let us store our bags and get ready in the common area before our event. The wine & pizza in the cafe was great too! The following day after check-out we had another disaster situation, and long story short the receptionists let us use their phone to make a call, use their charger and go back to our room to retrieve a lost item. Without the YHA staff being so accommodating, our stressful weekend would be have 10 times worse! The room itself was clean and everything we needed for one night, good value food, nice communal areas and overall great vibes! Thank you again”

“I have a 10 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, just over a year ago I moved home and I'm now living alone, I needed someone to walk my boy in the middle of day and I found your advert on Facebook. I required a dog walker twice a week and I needed one that was able to let themselves in to pick him up and drop him off again. I had a dog camera set up so I could keep an eye on him while I was at work and while we were adapting to this change, this ment I was able to see you come and go as I needed. You was always on time and respectful of my home and more importantly my boy, this led me to up his walks with you to 4 a week and I know this has had a massive impact on Kane. I see him get so excited when he hears your car pull up and he just loves walking with you and the other dogs you have.”

“Generally excellent service from the pharmacy, whose staff have a heads up attitude. For example, today I was told that my prescription was still being processed and I would have to return later. However, another staff member called Lanja overheard and said she had just dealt with my prescription. After getting it signed off, she brought it out to where I was waiting within a couple of minutes.”
