“My mini poodle has been going here a while now and I’m not normally a person to do reviews (this is my first ever) but I Jamie is exceptional at what he does, my dog even waggs his tail when he goes in there! His grooms ALWAYS come out to point perfection and Parker always comes home smelling so fresh. “We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom house in South East London! The property is stunning, with gorgeous decor throughout. The large garden and hot tub were definite highlights – the hot tub was especially amazing and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we encountered a small issue with the gate and quickly resolved it, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Grace’s home to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!”

Not only is she incredibly skilled at threading, but her customer service is second to none. To avoid disappointment, make sure you book at least a week in advance, she gets very busy! “Yesterday, I had a hydro facial with Parul. She was attentive throughout the whole treatment - explained every step to me and made me feel very relaxed. My skin feels so soft and is very bright and it’s only the second day - she tailored the treatment to my own needs which I really appreciate And made me feel very comfortable and secure in her hands. I feel like it’s hard to trust people when it comes to skin if they don’t care about your results and she definitely did. If you’re going to book a treatment with anyone here, let it be her.”

“I had my 1st gel manicure with Anna & was very impressed with the results. After chemo treatment my nails had become soft & broke easily. Builda gel was recommended & I found Anna on the internet & she was close to were I live. She is very friendly & professional & done my nails beautifully. Well impressed with my new nails get lots of complements will definitely keep up with my gel manicures they look so natural. Photos are of my nails 1 month after they were done, still looking good.”

“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“With a background in kaiseki, Chef Yasu’s cooking always carries a strong sense of seasonality. This visit, set at the turn of summer to autumn, saw two styles of plating shift from vivid colours to the muted tones of fallen leaves, wheat, chestnuts and early autumn earth. The restaurant focuses on ageing, and the highlights were unmistakably the scallop and squid. Although Japanese ingredients in China are far superior to London’s in general, the flavour developed from this ice-water ageing technique was surprisingly deep and expressive. Cornerstone Community Coffee shop is a friendly space where people can just find someone to talk to and get excellent coffee and light meals at affordable prices, or free in some circumstances. It's run by volunteers from charity - East 13 Christian Trust.”
