“I've tried many Chinese takeaways in the area, and without a doubt, Wan's is the best! The food is always piping hot, packed with flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. Every dish tastes carefully prepared – from the crispy spring rolls to the rich, perfectly balanced sweet and sour chicken. Their portions are generous, the prices are fair, and they never miss a detail with the order. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick, whether I'm collecting or getting delivery. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now — it's become my go-to for a treat after a long week. If you’re looking for a Chinese takeaway that never disappoints, you won’t find better than here.”

“Surprisingly excellent Bangladeshi restaurant in this neck of town. Each morsel was exquisitely cooked and prepared. Of particular note, the chicken tikka was divine. The restaurant has a fresh vibe and was very welcoming. The service was good, and helpful and the managers /owners were on hand to ensure things ran smoothly. Highly recommended if you're in this area.”

“Great place for clothes shopping on a budget with lovely designs. I tend to buy all my nephews' clothes from there as they have great designs and good quality for what you pay. No need for expensive clothes when they outgrow them in no time. Most importantly though some of their staff make you feel welcome and remember you from last time.”

“Great place for lunch, brunch and wine. Have visited many times for wine and pizza, coffee and cake, and the soups are always excellent. They have a good selection of quality wines to take home. Highly recommend.”

“Planet Pizza is by far the best Pizza I have had and it never fails. So consistently excellent their deep pan pizza is fluffy and pillowy whilst having a crisp bottom and outer crust. Super fresh ingredients and their flavour combinations are excellent”

“A good Wetherspoons pub which is a great local in Surbiton, they have left many good architectural attributes of the original building and should be commended. Good selection of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. Plenty of seating but does get busy. Food selection isa good quality selection at reasonable prices. Staff always attentive and friendly. Road parking outside BUT plenty of public transport available.”

“I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“This is the healthiest take out I’ve ever had & I know that it is prepared with love ❣️ The freshness of the sides is mind blowing but the star of the show has to be the slow cooked meat, which is always succulent & the different rubs/marinades just add to enhance the flavour of great quality produce. Delivery is great & if you want to heat anything up it comes with instructions - I’ve done both & either way it is delicious. One of the great things to come out of lockdown & if I could give it more than 5 ⭐️ I would.”

“Most people who ride the tube the destination is the area around the station, but my mother and I back in Nov 2025 traveled to Surbiton Station solely for one of its Cafe Nero stalls. See, as part of our trip to London I wanted to do as many ethical Harry Potter things as possible, and while the ownership has changed, this Cafe Nero is the exact same location that was used to film one of the opening scenes of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I think I recreated the photo very well. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was amazing. Thank you to the barista for not minding turning your work into a photo shoot.”

“This place is great value for money and and has some of the best hygiene levels I have seen for food in the price range (and even more expensive). The owners are polite and always greet you with a smile while trying to recommend you a better deal. I would definitely recommend you drop by if you are in need for a good, hygienic, value meal that tastes good.”

“Just had an excellent meal from Tasty Bite on Surbiton Road. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delivered quickly. I've tried their peri-peri grilled chicken with coloured rice , and they've both been fantastic. The staff is always friendly and generous especially (Hamidi), and it's a great spot for a delicious takeaway. They are open until 1:00 am. Highly recommend!"”

“I have been coming here every Thursday for 18 years!! It started off as a treat when I was 11 after dance class and now has become a tradition. Seriously good quality fish n chips and goes nicely with a glass of wine. Don't listen to the 1* peasants below. They are what we call 'Karens' these days!”

I ordered one had it, very tasty, perfect original Hyderabad Moghul Biryani. Ideally located near Tolworth Tower in Surbiton, UK, They have nice seating arrangements, lovely and pleasing staffs. I recommend this place.”
