“Popped in for brunch on a Sunday morning. Food is the standout for me here. It's great quality for a very reasonable price. We had one of the breakfasts, a shake and a juice between us - sausage was amazing, eggs poached perfectly, toast well buttered and baked beans not too runny. Both the shake and the juice were exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed them. The menu as a whole is excellent and the plates on the other tables looked equally as good. Only thing i would say is that if you like your cafes on the quieter side then Sundays morning possibly not for you. Complete recommend. You won't be dissapointed.”

“Stopped here for a solo dinner while working in the area — really glad I did. The owner (or manager) was very friendly and welcoming, and made sure I was well looked after. I had the mixed grill, which was excellent — generous portion with a great variety of meats to try, all cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The food overall was great and not terribly priced for the quality and portion size. A very enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely return next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Turkish food and warm, friendly service.”

“I have been coming here for many years and they never disappoint, today the fish was so delicious. The only thing I would say I love the small crispy bits of chips at the bottom I guess it depends on how fresh the chips are.”

“The one visit to this unique Indian restaurant in Borehamwood that can change how you feel about this town’s oddly shaped roundabouts and roads which look less by design and shaped like an artist’s squiggle with a pen! The food was nice and so was our host and the experience in this tapestry painting wrapped restaurant is one of peace and quiet. Loved it and if I am back in borehamwood I will be coming here for sure.”

“Check-in was quick and easy, but the real highlight for us was the pub. Kajal looked after us and she was honestly brilliant! Really friendly, easy to chat to, and just made us feel comfortable straight away. She kept checking in on us at the right times, made some great suggestions, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It gave the whole evening such a nice vibe. Thanks to Kajal we had a really chilled, enjoyable night. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We enjoyed our dining experience on Sunday 22 September 2024. Unfortunately, they had run out of the roast beef option (but it WAS 2.30pm) so we settled for scampi and cod. The food is always good here, and the service (although the pub was very busy) was exemplary.”

“We loved every bit of it! The food was amazing; a great range to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Goong Chu Chi (chef's special) with coconut rice, YUM! We were stuffed by the end of the main course, but couldn't resist the temptation for desserts. Ordered Thai Pancake and the in-season special, Mango and Sticky Rice and devoured both! “Arrived at borehamwood elstree late afternoon after a long drive up from Exeter Devon, we took a walk and found Jenny's cafe, On entry we was greeted with a smile, we enquired if we could still order main meals and yes we could as didn't close till 6pm, l highly recommend the omelette chips peas and salad, absolutely delicious, Clean and tidy environment, great service, Didn't take indoor photos but took from outside the main entrance door”

Excellent knowledge of pizzas and special offers, and went out their way to provide a wonderful experience for myself and daughters when ordering. Food was piping hot, fresh and had more cheese and toppings than other pizza places in the area. We all went for the wonderfully easy on daddies wallet 'MY BOX' selection, which comes with a small pizza ( extremely filling for my daughters) and a selection of either garlic bread or wedges. ( NOTE: the MY BOX is only a collection offer and before 4pm, i get it for my daughter's on a saturday for lunch, before or after their clubs) For me , this is the best pizza outlet in Borehamwood ( just like in the 80's)”

“Tonight, I decided to take a chicken Tikka biryani, Onion bhajis and a portion of chicken tikka starter. For me, this is comfort food in this cold weather and it was delicious. Almost taste like it was made at home. I definitely will come back to this place.”

“We came here for dinner with friends and wow it was amazing! They have recently done a refurb and the place looks great. We had some platters to share, finished with chocolate orange tart, and a pear tart - both 10000/10! Would highly recommend. They also have a tv showing the euros (if you wanted to bring someone along who didn’t want to miss a game!) The team were lovely with excellent hospitality”
