“I ordered starters crispy squid, gizzard and there was another order of chofi. Must say the squid wasn’t nice at all. It was shaped like nuggets not your usual ring shape which made it taste battery instead of tasting the actual squid quite disappointing. Must say the rest of the starters that was ordered were really nice and well seasoned. Also the moko it came with was delicious. I got jollof as takeaway yet to taste it. Deffo do recommend this restaurant service was great.”

“We stayed here as a couple and really enjoyed it! The room isn’t super modern, but it’s cosy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the reception — open 24/7 and always so friendly and helpful. “Rashmi, the Duty Manager, has consistently provided outstanding service every time I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“My family and I had the set menu on Christmas day and the food was lovely! They put Xmas crackers on the table for our arrival and Gary & Louise were amazing! They’re so lovely, great customer service & had a laugh with us! Thank you Gary & Louise xx”

“We went on a weekday, so I’m sure the vibe will be different at the weekend. We were the only ones there for a good 30-40 mins (7.15pm on a Thursday), but a few more people came in afterwards. Don’t let it deter you though - the food was phenomenal & the service was on point. The food is some of the best indo-chinese I’ve had!”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“I've had various wraps, the biryani and other dishes from the restaurant on many occasions and it's definitely the best place to get Indian take-away. I think my favourite is the lamb curry but everything is really nice! I don't often publish reviews about food but this is very good. I would highly recommend!”

“We came here for the buffet. There was a lot of choice, the food was incredible and we left very full. Best thing about this place is that the food is cooked fresh to order. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. I love supporting local businesses like this and prefer this style of buffet to places like Jimmy's or JRC, so we definitely will be back”

“We recently visited again after a gap of circa 3 yrs. We were very pleased with the back to usual high standards. Food was fabulous and so was the service. Truly surprised and would like to visit again. Parth our waiter was very friendly and efficient, THANK YOU. As for service charge that some ppl ate cribbing about, do note its purely optional but we decided to pay as both service and food quality were of very high standards. Thanks and look forward in dining again.”

“We went to this place on the night of 6th Dec. The food is amazing, and the uludu wade is our favorite. The guy who served us was very polite and friendly.”

“We are occasional customers of the Blossom House and only ever use their take away service either with delivery or collect in person. However, the food is consistently great and normally the order is 100% correct. Last night we placed an order for delivery. A few minutes later the restaurant called to say that they had a credit showing on our account for a dish they had missed off our last order a couple of months ago. They asked if we now wanted that dish with the current order which we did but tbh I had completely forgotten about it. The restaurant could have easily not said anything about it and left it to me to remember. So they’ve restored their record of 100% accuracy and added complete honesty to the list of reasons to recommend them.”

“We visited tonight as a couple for our anniversary dinner. The service was great, amazing cocktails and food. We really enjoyed everything we ate and drank! Our server was lovely, we liked the décor and the music and we will definitely be visiting again.”

“The food and service here is always amazing. The food is so fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. We always get the lamb samosa, dosa, chilli paneer, methi lamb and poori/garlic naan. Our waiter is there is always so attentive and helpful.”

“I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. Alfie and the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with ordering of the violife pizza which was quite confusing for both sides. Great pizzas as well as the salad bar.”
