Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. “I have booked the apartment for my brother and sister in - law for a 16 days, they loved the apartment. It is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable and near the shops in St Margaret. Jenny is very kind and made the check- in very easy. Without a doubt I will recommend.”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“We stayed for one night in December 2010. The house is immaculate, the bedroom spacious and the shared bathroom (ours was the one without an en-suite) luxurious. A lovely, freshly cooked breakfast and a very friendly hostess. Very convenient for London rail links and very upmarket area.”

“A massive thank you to the staff at YHA! We were having a bit of a nightmare weekend with a hotel cancelling on us, we managed to secure a last minute booking at YHA and the staff were very kind to let us store our bags and get ready in the common area before our event. The wine & pizza in the cafe was great too! The following day after check-out we had another disaster situation, and long story short the receptionists let us use their phone to make a call, use their charger and go back to our room to retrieve a lost item. Without the YHA staff being so accommodating, our stressful weekend would be have 10 times worse! The room itself was clean and everything we needed for one night, good value food, nice communal areas and overall great vibes! Thank you again”

“Applied for PIP. Had assessment meeting. Friendly supportive staff easy to get to. Warning traffice lights were out so We were stood up for awhile to cross at the lights hope they get fixed soon.”

“This is the best after school club ever! My daughter loves it and has built up her strength in her arms and core since starting. It is the only club that she doesn’t complain about going to. Highly recommend it! (Also want to keep it a secret so too many don’t join!)”

“Hi, I saw Melody after losing my mum , I have always suffered anxiety but this was such a awful time, Melody sat with me I cried and she made me realise about so much in my life, it helped me with the loss of my my mum and I also lost my dad 2005 , it helped me so so very much I can not praise her enough , I have seen so many psychologist etc in my lifetime but in all honesty Melody Coutts was brilliant. “Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”
