Amazing combination and I can see the difference in less than a month . Every one is so knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this place . Call first thing in the morning for an emergency and they are usually able to squeeze you in to see someone, same day.”

“I don't usually do reviews but felt this place deserves one! It was my first time here after leaving my old dentist. On arrival the receptionist Michailia was very smiley, happy and helpful. My dentists appointment was with Dr Priyanka , she was great! she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything very attentive and assuring (i've had previous experience with terrible dentist making you never want to go back) so happy ive found this place :) After the dentist i had to see the hygienist's Teuta, she was great too! nice, friendly not judgy (like past hygienists ive seen) she was not too rough always checking i was ok. Overall was a great experience, if you're in need of a new dentists this is the place!”

They have looked after our cat, Boy, so diligently and with expertise and care for the past few years, through a range of health issues. We recently had to have Boy put to sleep at the ripe old age of nearly 18, and everyone at the clinic, from Mandy on reception through to the incredible vets, Anders and Nicola (and everyone else there too) were so considerate and professional. “If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“I have had specialist gum/hygiene treatment with Ms R. Husein at the Centre of Dental Excellence. I am a nervous dental patient and have historically become very distressed in the Dentist's chair, which has led to me missing hygienist appointments. Ms Husein could not have done more to put me at ease and support me throughout my series of 3 appointments. Her kind, reassuring approach meant that I was able to tolerate everything she needed to do without becoming upset. She was so professional and knowledgeable and gave me incredibly helpful guidance on diet, brushing and cleaning techniques. “Had a very good experience at the practice. I had never been before but was highly recommended by a few friends. I Had a very bad pain in one of the back teeth, they were very accommodating with finding me an appointment as early as possible. In the end I had to do a root canal treatment - Alexia was the dentist that took care of me and I couldn’t say enough good things about her! She had such a gentle hand and was very professional, guiding me through what she was doing which helped settle down my nerves a lot! Thank you very much Alexia and the rest of the team!
