We have been going for years, celebrated many of our little girls birthdays there, and the pizzas have always stayed authentic Italian (I know because my dad is Italian and me, as a foreigner, I would not eat anything else that does not meet the highest standards) What makes it even more special are the staff & chef. After being away for 8 weeks, we came back and they had written amazing messages on our pizza boxes. Such a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their customers!!. “Have lived in the area for years and thankfully made it before I moved - lived up to all expectations! The service was incredible - the staff were so lovely (we got to change tables so my dad didn’t have to sit on a chair without a back, they replenished our water many times without us even noticing, all food on time but never rushed). All the food we had was tasty, with the steak on the bone the standout. For a local mid-price point restaurant, you cannot ask for better.”

“My boyfriend and I were craving ramen/udon after a long flight and found this hidden gem. The place had a cool aura playing music but your still able to speak and a video on a projector that played a movie. It’s really clean and I had not been this happy to eat Beef udon since I was in Japan a year ago, I was nervous to try the karaage since it looks a bit like a chicken nugget (as you can see from the picture) but I was shocked by how much flavor and moisture it had. The Beef ramen my boyfriend ordered had a rich broth and he had every last sip of it, so flavourful and refreshing at the same time, we also got the chicken skewers and takayuki and we loved them. The drinks Yuzu Sour and a summer cocktail were delicious and if we had time for more drinks we would have been there all day. All the food really brought a smile to my face. Staff were really nice and service was fantastic. Only downside is there isn’t a lot of seats there but it gave off an authentic Japanese isakaya feel that was homey.”

“I absolutely love this place!! I went with my mum on a Friday evening for their cocktails and it was unbelievable! Atmosphere was cosy yet elegant and staff are so kind and helpful. The cocktails were incredible, they can make any cocktail you like and recommend others with an interesting twist using the most wonderful ingredients! I love a margarita and had a smoky margarita using lapsang souchong which was incredible, followed by an earl grey margarita!! I was blown away, my mum absolutely loved hers too. There is an empanada menu with some interesting sides too and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious!! Especially the corn empanada with pork filling! It is a must-try! Very highly recommend and we’ll be back”
