“I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel Hounslow. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely reception staff members, Lynette and Noopur. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — their kindness really made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. “I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to £6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly £11 for it.”

“We had one luxury room and one normal room, both had everything you needed, luxury room was lovely though! The hotel is close to bus stops/15 minute walk to Acton main line, and Acton central tube stations which was ideal for getting into the centre. Staff were great too. Would definitely stay again, thanks!”

“This is student accommodation that is let to people during summer. The rooms are what you expect in student accommodation and are modern, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Overall, a very good stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, especially considering it’s a two-star. The location is excellent just an 8-minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground , with plenty of grocery shops nearby like Lidl and Iceland. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to the cleaning team, especially JESSIE , who was lovely and always made sure we had everything we needed even in passing in the corridors. The area is a bit loud to be honest But Great value for the location.Would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel is in a quiet location with Pub facilities on site for drinks and meals. The staff welcomed me and were helpful when checking in and out explaining how to access and leave keys. Room was clean and very comfortable. There is parking although I travelled by underground which was about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Elina and Mariana on duty at the time attended to me , courteous, really pleasant to talk with and approachable when needed as I asked about busy times and booking again for another visit. I enjoyed the stay.”

“Booked at last minute, early evening due to short notice meeting. Found the owner's mobile number on the website and asked if I could make a very late check-in. Very helpful, and arranged key safe collection. Accommodation is excellent standard, modern, clean and tidy. Driveway looks like maybe only wide enough for 1 car, but it was available. Good value and convenient for my meeting next morning.”

“I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Bond Street and was genuinely impressed. My refurbished room was incredibly comfortable with thoughtful details and lovely finishing touches throughout. Breakfast was outstanding and easily the best I have had in a long time with great variety and quality. The staff were so lovely and attentive and I could not have asked for more. The location is perfect right in the heart of London with excellent shopping and restaurants just steps away. I will definitely be back next time for pleasure rather than business.”

“18 years ago I vowed never to stay at a travelodge again after a very poor experience. This time I highjacked my husband's business trip for a trip to London. This travelodge has changed my mind! It was very clean. The staff were incredible, polite, helpful, welcoming and professional. The parking was free, there was a tube station very close for easy access to inner London and the crown Court was only a few minutes walk away. The surrounding area was very pleasant and relatively quiet. Will definitely use again”

“Really friendly staff on check in, and in the bar on 16th of November. Fast check in and all the information we needed. It’s a busy hotel but we slept perfectly. Comfy beds and nice room. They must have good quality sound proof as we never hear the busy road outside. Can’t go wrong from the price’s Travelodge are offering. Good location for the train station and Westfield.”

“Just your standard travel lodge. Great room at a very good price. Can’t complain. Only about a 5 minute walk to barking tube station and directly under the Travelodge is a Tesco express so it’s a great location. We stayed here as we went to the 02 arena for a concrete and is about 20 minute tube journey about which is very convenient . We will definitely look to stay here again when going to the o2”

The coffee shop attached to the hotel also deserves a mention — they serve the best coffee in town! “Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”

“A hotel behind a parking lot and set back from the main road, looking out front from our room, I could see a pretty curvy top fence and some picnic tables on the grass. We got given a family room (max 3 ppl) with a bath tub.”

“Only here for one night, but it was a fantastic stay. Ground floor room had plenty of space, excellent shower, and a comfortable bed. Lobby and room were very clean. Right around the corner from the Earls Court tube stop, and a bunch of nice restaurants and pubs within a 3 minute walk”
