“My family started using Thames Laundry (Shepperton and Sunbury) for their home collection/return service (laundry/dry cleaning/ironing) about 2 years ago. Initially, we used them in an ad hoc way ...when our washing machine broke down or when we were time/energy poor due to work or illness or when we had a houseful of guests generating extra laundry. The convenience of having home collection and delivery is fabulous and booking it all in online is so straightforward and flexible with all the scheduling options. We now use Thames Laundry each week for ironing bedlinen which is a huge help. Their service is so reliable , great quality and convenient... and they are also really very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.”

“Popped in on the off chance with my mum's wheelchair as one of the tyres kept deflating and wouldn't pump up. Turns out the inner tube I bought and had fitted from another shop in January was faulty. Valve had become detached! Although they were incredibly busy, He changed it there and then ! Fabulous service... And was also cheaper than the faulty one I paid for just 6 months ago elsewhere! Yes, would recommend.”

“Located right on Shepperton high street and about a 3 minute walk from the train station the cafe has all the amenities and standards you expect from a Costa. Firstly, I would like to mention the fact that as of April 2023, there is wifi, which is desperately needed as Shepperton has notoriously bad signal. Also the seats right at the back have a couple of plug sockets. So if you need to charge devices, it is possible but if it is busy you may be out of luck. There is also one single use toilet at the back that is accessible for people with disabilities. As far as cafe toilets go I found this to be pretty clean. The cafes furnished quite nicely, in line with other Costa’s, but could use a little refresh. It is nonetheless a comfy place to relax and grab a coffee for an hour or so. The staff were lovely and friendly and seemed to have a friendly rapport with many local customers, who clearly come in regularly. This was nice to see as you don’t often see this in big chains, but the quietness of Shepperton makes this possible. The food and drink were exactly what you expect of Costa, my Cappuccino was made quickly and tasted great. The Cinnamon Bun and Bakewell Tart are favourites of mine and didn’t disappoint. All in all I would definitely come back again if I found myself in the area and had a bit of time to kill. Food and beverage were of the standard you expect, all the facilities you could need, comfy atmosphere and friendly staff… not much more you could want really…”

“King Clipper in Shepperton is a barbers I always enjoy going to. I live in Ashford where there are many barbers on the high street but in my opinion, non are as welcoming/professional and offer the 5star traditional Turkish Barber service King clipper provides. The barbers and assistants are so pleasant and friendly and you’re offered a complimentary tea / coffee or water as a customer. There are good vibes at this barbershop so I urge anyone who doesn’t think they’ve found “their” barbers, to check this place out as I would guarantee a service that will leave you smiling and chuffed with the fresh cut. Thanks this time to Ibrahim for the cut and for the assistance of Čuma and Ali!”
