Amazing service could not ask for more. I have been at this practice for over 30 years and have always found them professional, friendly and courteous. I use the NHS APP for my appointments and never have any problems. I have worked in retail for 46 years and speak to others as I would like to be spoken to myself. Manners cost nothing #be kind”

I normally feel a bit hounded by skincare consultants in there, but she was completely different. She asked all the right questions rather than pushing a brand. Real skincare expertise. Her approach made my visit so much more enjoyable. A real credit to the store”

In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful. “Impressive & friendly service. My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!”
