“I'm sure other people have had bad experiences but honestly I couldn't fault our experience with Fabb Lakeside at all. The sales rep (can't remember name, sorry!! Lady with a Brummy accent?!) was so polite and friendly and definitely not at all pushy. We came back twice really unsure whether to go ahead and buy the sofa but at no point at all felt pressured.. in fact it was totally relaxed. She was very helpful when we had questions. We were told about 6 weeks which seemed very good for a large corner suite and would have been satisfied even if it took a little longer but 6 weeks after purchasing we got our call to say it's ready for delivery. Delivery was quick and tidy, they took all the rubbish with them. Genuinely couldn't fault a single step in the process. Maybe we were the lucky ones but considering we're super happy with our sofa and it was about £1000 cheaper than similar sofas elsewhere, I'd still say to consider this place!”

“My local pharmacy and I am always greeted by my name when I enter which makes me feel very welcome. If I am low on medications he will get them ready for me the same day. My mum is on a lot of medication and he ensures these are ready every 4 weeks. Such a lovely pharmacy and the customer service is amazingly.”

“I went in there today to look for some jewellery and walked out with a new piercing, so so happy with my it and the service was amazing. I got served by a woman called Ellie and she was so amazing she was kind and very professional! I originally wanted a different ear piercing but she talked me through it and we both thought it would be better in a different part of my ear and I just think shes such an amazing and honest person. “Excellent service, mobile tyre fitted two days early as I contacted the fitter and black circles customer service is always top notch. Go for the Taurus tyres which are exclusive to black circles as they are excellent value for money, very comfortable and grippy and the tyre design is really unique - there’s no other tyre that has the same treads. Yes it looks and feels lower quality than say Bridgestone but I’d rather have these than the more expensive and harder brushes tones any day. I don’t care about branding when it comes to these tyres.”
