Big shout out for Kiera the groomer who took the time to listen to what I wanted, checked her coat carefully, and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Bella came out looking absolutely beautiful, smelling amazing and happy and relaxed. The salon/coffee shop itself is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming. I was very kindly offered a cup of coffee whilst waiting to collect Bella We will definitely be back for more Bella pampering and coffee for me.”

The elegance was there, not too much. I loved it so much! She also did a great job in my wedding venue/reception- flowers were arranged beautifully, I couldn’t find any fault at all. The flavors are subtle, layered and blended which come together in a delicious beautiful symphony for the taste buds. “Such a brilliant shop with a thoughtful quality selection and such helpful kind staff who know their stuff. I had my 18 month old son properly fitted for his first pair of boots for winter and the shoes have held up so well as my son splashes in puddles and his feet stay dry. The store is also great for gifts and has an incredible selection of Brio train bits which make for a great activity for the little ones while you shop.”

“Very elegant, nice and quiet place for breakfast or lunch. Feeling warm and cozy sitting by the side of the window. It’s shame that the menu is not available today but still have variety food selection including toast, sandwiches, cake, tart or cookies etc. Latte smell really good and hot. The seller patiently explain to us what ingredients for the sandwich while my little one can’t eat spicy. It’s a 5 stars cafe!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Riverdog - they are the most popular grooming service in Richmond for a reason. Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! They especially understand different breed styles - which as a Cavapoo owner is the different between a teddy cut or coming out looking like a skinny poodle!! Book well in advance as they are very booked up!!!”

“We absolutely love Mucky Pups for our puppy's food and treats. They stock a great selection of high quality raw and natural treats (plus a good selection of other types of food too) and the lady who owns it is not only lovely but super knowledable about dog food and really helpful. We drive from Chelsea just to get our food from here even though we could buy it closer to home as we love this business so much. There is a groomers in the back also and the dogs always seem so happy and look fabulous after their grooms!”

“I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”

It’s simple but absolutely delicious, and no surprise that it sells out quickly during the day. Beyond coffee and pastries, the food menu is also impressive. They have tasty brunch options and light meals that are fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Everything feels made with care rather than rushed or pre-made.
