I have textured, curly hair and Giovanni knows exactly what he’s doing, which you don’t find in every hair salon in London. Giovanni can blow dry it perfectly straight or style it curly. Giovanni has talked me into hairstyles I’ve kept for years and he’s talked me out of hairstyles I would have regretted. He’s very passionate about what he does and he’s so knowledgable about what will work and what won’t work. Jenna is a new addition to the salon but has already shown her great skills and experience. This is a genuine review from a very happy, repeat customer about a genuinely great salon.”

I was given the time to discuss my tattoo, swapped ideas and measurements taken etc. Then within a week later, I was booked in. Cristian the tattoo artist, took the time to show me awesome ideas for my tattoo. These designs were much better than I could of thought of! He made sure it was all the right size and completely happy with all the intricate details, breaking down each bits of my tattoo. During the process he was checking I was okay as well as worked a lot of detail in a timely manner, but no means rushed. The end result is incredible, highly detailed, unique, personal and far better than I imagined! I’ll definitely be returning and having more tattoos by him. Highly recommended!”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”
