“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“You have to visit here. There's no other place like it. The menu is very reasonably priced, you'd find it hard to beat and they make really good voffee. My dad first took me here about 50 years ago. “We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“I’ve stayed here once before and had such a good experience we came back! Stayed here with my 2 children and honestly I can say that the staff have been AMAZING! Big shout out to Megan, who was amazing, so kind, smiley and so helpful, a real blessing!(This is a bonus when travelling solo with two young kids)! The rest of the staff were brilliant too! So helpful and you can tell that they are genuinely happy to work here! The room was great, and I will definitely be coming back!”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“I had an amazing experience at this Nigerian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and cooked with so much authenticity. I had Abula and it tasted like home. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. They could do a little more with the restaurant, some clean up and repairs but the staff made me feel right at home. “Stayed here for three nights. Sherrie checked us in, gave us amazing service whenever we asked for things. Asked her for extra coffee pods one night and she said she would bring it to the room. We fell asleep but woke up in the morning to the pods sitting on our doorstep. Little things like this really make your stay. She was amazing. I hope Travelodge appreciate what amazing staff they have at this hotel.”
