My parents brought a fridge. me and my brother saw a xbox mini fridge, we were trying to convince our parents to buy it us, they were thinking at first, then Abdul said something and my parents though and decided to buy it for us. Also when we were at checkout, my brother found a TP link wifi adapter which you plug into your computer and can give you better wifi speed for ur wifi on that computer. i went from 200-300mbps download on my community fibre wifi which are good speeds, but now i got 700-860mbps. Also i got better upload speed too. Thank you Abdul for kind of helping me and my brother to convince our parents to buy us that xbox mini fridge.”

“Very rear shop that has everything, and a true electrical expert that can fix blown PCBs to consumer products with very little cost of repair. I had a blown automation gate control board PCB. the guy fixed it next day for £1.00 that's right one pound. Cost of of a new board would have been £249 plus vat. “I visited the Tottenham Hale branch on Saturday following the extremely poor customer service l had at the Chingford branch earlier in the day. The service there was completely the opposite. An assistant was able to see me within 5 minutes of my arriving even though the branch was much busier than the one on Chingford. Later when l had an additional question, another assistant was able to deal with my enquiry within minutes. Both assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to assist. The positive atmosphere in the shop was totally different than the Chingford branch. Whoever the manager in the shop is, deserves credit for this. Shall definitely visit again in future rather than the Chingford branch which is must closer to where l reside.”

“Adil was helpful in processing a refund for us for a faulty item delivered from an online order after we had arranged a collection but DPD failed to collect. We could see the store was very busy at the end of a long day and he still took the time to help us when we needed it, despite it not being something they can usually help with in store. The staff deserve more support and a better working environment, it seemed understaffed for a busy Christmas period and there didn’t seem to be much help or managerial support for them.”
