“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. What really stood out was how they made us feel valued — taking their time, offering honest opinions, and making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store itself was clean, beautifully arranged, and made browsing a real treat. A big thank you to the team — you made our airport shopping memorable. “It was quite busy and you could tell the staff were rushed off their feet. I was served my Michelle and she was so lovely and apologetic that I had to wait a bit. I didn't mind as I could see they were busy. Probably don't get enough recognition for their hard work so thank you very much. The food was nice and hot and my drink was refreshing.”

A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”
