Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”

“Gray is a gentleman. He has stuck with me and did my first tattoo 20 yrs ago. I put him through a tough time with the last shoulder and it's boring filler but he only moaned a little bit. “I was given a phone number on the delivery note to call when I was 5 minutes away. The lad I spoke to explained it was a bit of a tricky maneuver to get into position. He stopped the traffic on the main road so I could reverse off the road then in front of the unit. A friendly bunch who stopped people parking in places which would have blocked me in whilst the container was being tipped.”

“It was third time lucky today for my daughter getting her ears pierced. She has been too anxious in the past but the two ladies in the Romford store really put her at ease today. They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears. “Nice big store, big carpark, we always come here to do our weekly shopping, they have almost everything we need plus a very good selection of ethnic food thst we buy regularly and at a decent price too, been coming here since we moved to the area in 1989, this is an important landmark and the proposed residential flats should Never be given planning permission”

“Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.”
