But when I speak to him, I see he is a very friendly and respectful man. He fixed my screen within 1 hour and even gave me free screen protector. I would definitely recommend this shop.”

The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”

“Updated. I've been here more than a couple of times for one reason or another throughout the years. A whole lot hasn't changed in general to be honest but they have a large range in what you'd expect from a electrical retailer from both sides. The place itself is located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park' which caters to other branded stores BUT one note to mention, you can only park here for 75 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of these stores, you can tell the store to put you on the list that excludes you from a fine if you've spent more than the allocated time given here. Staff have always been helpful when asked. Isn't a bad place to shop if you want to see a certain product in person. --- A whole range of home appliances and electronics. Staff were helpful when needed. Recommended.”

“Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”
