Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”

It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. “Hi, I’ve been going to this Argos for years, Never had any problems or any issues My family also come to this Argos. I like that they are very fast forward and simple They don’t do extra! Kind and nice and simple what more could u want Don’t believe the negative comments if I was you. From a customers perspective I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 compared to other Argoses I have been to. My daughter could move me around freely. Every item was well displayed. The shop was clean and tidy. The customer service was spot on. We were served by the manager who really helped my daughter with her purchase. She was helping other customers at the same time but always made sure she checked back with us. “I brought my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends here for her birthday evening recently and they had a really great time. Based on a few previous visits a long time ago, I wasn’t expecting very much from Namco but booked due to location. I was really pleasantly surprised by our recent visit. The girls had fun bowling, doing AI darts and arcades and enjoyed the food and milk shakes. I was really impressed by how lovely, helpful and attentive all of the staff were throughout - keeping the whole thing running smoothly and helping to make sure that things didn’t feel rushed or stressful, despite me messing up the booking timings slightly. Didn’t catch the staff names unfortunately but in particular the 2 female front desk staff (one had blue hair/piercings) and the bar staff were all really helpful. Very much appreciated, the girls are all keen to return again :)”
