“By far the best pub in Richmond. We regularly go to the Mitre, as they serve really fresh cask ales that change regularly. They also serve fantastic pizza’s where you can choose your own toppings or have the monthly special. We often get the dough balls as they are the perfect accompaniment to a few pints! Definitely get down there if your in the area!”

I feel lucky that this place is nearby and will miss getting my hair cut here if ever I move elsewhere. I've had haircuts from other team members over the years too and they've always been great people. I'm always offered a drink and a hair wash at the start and end of the cut. The only trouble is that Romain can be hard to book! Overhearing his conversations with other clients tells me he's a very popular man!”

“Zita Elze was my wedding florist in September. Laura is so welcoming, accommodating and her attention to detail is spot on. She helped me a lot to achieved the perfect wedding bouquet ever. The elegance was there, not too much. I loved it so much! She also did a great job in my wedding venue/reception- flowers were arranged beautifully, I couldn’t find any fault at all. I had my 18 month old son properly fitted for his first pair of boots for winter and the shoes have held up so well as my son splashes in puddles and his feet stay dry. The store is also great for gifts and has an incredible selection of Brio train bits which make for a great activity for the little ones while you shop.”

Croissants were also spot-on, and the owner was so warm and kind. When you step out of the station, turn right, and it’s about a minute’s walk. The kind of place you go out of your way to visit again!”
