We tried their fish appetizers, sausages, and flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce. All were to our liking. Definitely recommend especially if you are new to the area. Good for family and groups. “Yank visiting London!! After the long haul across the pond we wanted something that wouldn’t be overly strenuous, but allow us to see some of the sights of London with a great dinner experience. The Bateaux London didn’t disappoint! We had an amazing dinner and couldn’t have ask for better service from Jason Davey our waiter. Seeing the sights from a different perspective along the Thames River was stunning. The sights alone were enough but the dinner was superb. We upgraded and did the Platinum dinner and well worth it! This was a great first day to start our trip and highly recommend!”

We got the sharing platter for 2, £50, not a bad price at all, as we were actually stuffed after, and it was super tasty - just wish there was a little more variety. All in all, it is a great place to visit and get away from the busyness of the shopping centre, and if you're there for drinks you can take your time too, brilliant.”

“There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!”

The shop assistant in the knives section was marvelouse she was very knowledge about all the type of knives and can give you perfect recommendation according to your use and budget. You can rarely find person so knowledgeable. O don't remember her name but she was friendly, and I heard talking with another person that she used to be a math teacher. You have been excellent.”

“What a lovely surprise. Our first visit was on a rainy day in early September on the way home from the hospital. Cheerful and helpful staff and customers. Enjoyed a portion of pasta bolognese, followed by a cake and coffee. We were "persuaded" to have the cake by two lovely Bangladeshi young ladies (they know a bit about rain) who ordered the chocolate cake between them - we had the vanilla. Good value. Excellent food. Cheerful and helpful staff and customers. This time one of the customers offered to buy us cups of tea each, and a muffin (where else would that happen) Worth a visit particularly on the way from the hospital to the station.”
