“Love the team at Ditton Reach happily bring all our animals here trusting they will be totally looked after and loved like we do at home. Rachel is amazing as are the reception and nursing staff thank you”
“I really can't thank the wonderful staff at Sandholes enough. Vet Anna and receptionist Sam were amazingly supportive and compassionate when we had to have our beloved guinea pig Tony put to sleep. We were listened to, never rushed and had time to spend his last moments with him.”
“After needing a second opinion on pip my miniture poodle, I can't praise all the reception team, nurses and vets enough. Arranged a specialist to fix pips leg due to having a rare injury. Aftercare and support has made the experience less stressful. Insurance claim processed quickly and sorted within in a week.”
“Just want to thank Kerry the receptionist for being such a ray of light. Always greeted warmly, very caring and professional, and puts us owners and our pets at ease. It makes such a difference to have someone like her front of house. You are a star, thank you so much!”
“The kind and friendly reception staff make the whole experience of going to this vet a lot less stressful. Chloe in particular put me at ease with my dog's issue and they also liaised well with another vet, and my insurance company. The vets themselves are also very very good. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.”
“I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”
“The treatment I’ve always had for my dog has been first class. All the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and he especially enjoys the gravy bones! Would highly recommend to any pet owner.”
“Thankyou so much to all the staff at Clover Street Vets. Geno,s experience from day one was exceptional. Geno is a very nervous dog and was treated with such care. When going back for his aftercare he wagged his tail and went through the door not problem. Had even had a cuddle with the vet. I was a little worried that the care would be reflected in the cost, but after reading the reviews I thouht I wuld give it a go. Wonderful staff very caring, great aftercare, great price and I could park. What more could I ask for. Thankyou”
“What a fantastic vets , very friendly. The vet Amanda was brilliant and extremely helpful, will have a much happier Akita !”
“Very welcoming, professional, and helpful.”
“I have been bringing my very old tortoise to CJ Hall for some years now - the first visit was for a problem caused by care elsewhere. This was resolved very well and he now comes back for a holiday (boarding) every year…we will not be going anywhere else for his care!”
“I brought my pets to Norwood Road Veterinary Surgery for several years before moving away from the area. The team provided consistent, quality care for both my animals. The staff was professional and showed genuine concern for my pets' wellbeing during each visit. Though I've had to switch to a vet closer to my new home, I appreciate the good care they provided throughout our time with them. Would recommend to pet owners in the area.”
“We have been going to Paxton Vets for a few years now and find them to be very kind and professional. We always seem to find parking available on the street as well. We highly recommend them. Peter and Catherine.”
“My cat has only been with this vet for a week and a half and the treatment and care she has gotten from the team has been nothing short of amazing. I cant recommend them enough and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!”
“We honestly can’t thank the team at Aurua enough for everything they did for our dog, Leo. From the very first consultation to the all-clear after his surgery, their care, communication, and kindness were faultless. Leo’s Journey: Leo is our 4-year-old Chug, and earlier this year, we discovered a lump on his prepuce. It turned out to be a cutaneous mast cell tumour. Understandably, we were worried, but once we were referred to Aurua, we felt confident we were in the right hands. Surgery & Timeline: The whole process moved quickly and smoothly. We had an oncology consultation on 12th March, and Leo had surgery to remove the tumour on 21st March. Everything went well, and he came home the same day. We went back for a follow-up and stitch removal on 11th April, and the recovery since has been brilliant no sign of the tumour returning, and Leo is totally back to himself. • 1st Feb: Initial diagnosis • 26th Feb: Fine Needle Aspiration • 12th March: Oncology consultation • 21st March: Surgery • 11th April: Follow-up & stitch removal • Now: Full recovery and no further issues Communication & Care: Every single person we dealt with at Aurua was lovely kind to Leo, and kind to us. He gets a bit nervous in clinical settings, but they were gentle, calm, and reassuring the whole way through. They kept us updated at every stage and always explained things clearly, without being overly clinical. We felt genuinely cared for. Cost & Insurance: We were quoted £5,000 to £6,000. The total bill for Leo’s treatment was £5,985.21. Our insurance (Animal Friends) covered £2,000 of that for the tumour, with a £99 excess. Aurua were brilliant in helping us handle the claims process, it was all clearly explained, and there were no surprises. Outcome:We’re so relieved to say that Leo is now cancer-free. He’s back to bouncing around the house and being his cheeky self. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a vet who’ll treat your pet like their own, keep you informed, and go the extra mile, Aurua is absolutely the place. They were amazing with Leo, and we’ll always be grateful for the care they gave him — and us.”

“Superb facilities and knowledgeable professional staff. Lucky to have this surgery in our vicinity.”
“I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr. Jose is very professional and caring, he treated my dog with great attention and explained everything clearly. Huma, the secretary, was extremely kind and helpful, she made the whole process smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciate both of them and highly recommend this clinic!”
“We went to Medivet Bisley with our cocker spaniel because of his upset stomach. Gaia, the vet was as usual absolutely lovely and very gentle with him. We left reassured and happy. Even though Ted hates going to the vets in general, he’s learning that we always have a good experience there. Although Ted is only 2 years old, we’ve been there number of times and always received kind and gentle service.”
“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x”
“I’m always so grateful to the caring staff at Sevenoaks Vets. They look after my nervous dog so well and always advise the best treatment. Penny has so many years of experience and is so kind and helpful, thank you for being our vet and looking after our beautiful girl so well.”
“5/5 stars, 2 words…Neil Hampson. The level of care and expertise received from Neil Hampson is beyond compare. Truly a ‘Super Vet’! Tanja Is a terrific ‘front of house’. With real care and empathy for customers.. I can’t speak highly enough of the team..”
“When we first heard that our vet was called Cesar, we had a few laughs about whether he would be as good as Caesar Milan, the famous "Dog Whisperer". Let me just tell you that he was even better! Phoned on Monday morning and got a Tuesday appointment for our poorly lurcher that fitted in perfectly with our own busy timetable. Cesar arrived ahead of time, well stocked with his kit, and was incredibly personable from the start. Our lurcher is elderly and nervous and though he has never shown any aggression to others I did ask Cesar to bring a muzzle as our dog was tender on palpation (we suspected a pulled muscle). True to his word, Cesar brought a selection of muzzles and took his time accustoming our dog to the feel of it before the exam proper even began. There was a lot of love and tenderness in the exam, with plenty of head strokes and reassuring words so that our lovely dog felt completely relaxed in his hands. We even got a free ear clean thrown in (our bad!) The diagnosis was a sprained elbow for which we were given an injection and follow up medicine plus a comprehensive drugs/rehab regime to follow. We never felt rushed as we sometimes do at our (albeit excellent) regular vet, and being in familiar surroundings made this a much better experience all-round for our dog. The price, we felt, was really reasonable, and although we were offered supplements to assist with future joint care, we were in no way pressured to purchase them. In addition, Cesar examined the supplements I had purchased independently prior to his visit to make sure we were administering them correctly (we were!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar to anyone who loves their pet and for whom a commute to the vet's surgery is difficult. Obviously, if there's something requiring more extensive examination (X-rays, MRI's, surgery) you'll have to go elsewhere, but otherwise do give them a try. So delighted with the help we got.”
“My 8 year old lab Rolo had his yearly injections today we were greeted by the receptionist who very politely talked with us. Rolo was called in by the vet on time and he was very pleased to see the vet he remembers her from a time before that she cared for him, Rolo adores her and all the other staff members at the practice they always take such good care of him and he always looks forward to a cheeky little treat or 2 they give him too.”
“Very good Veterinary Practice. Easy parking outside. Very thorough treatment by Vets. Easy to get appointments. Nice friendly staff. Good waiting area. We had not had a dog for many years. So had not claimed on our Pet Insurance. The Practice claimed for us. From when we first took him to them.”
“Our cat, Rambo, is a new patient of this vet clinic. We went today for an initial check up and treatment and could not have been more impressed with the service. Rambo usually hates vets but was so calm around everyone there. This is an excellent, thorough and caring veterinary clinic. We feel lucky to have found them for Rambo.”
“Amazing help, care and support in an emergency- clear communication, explanations of what needed to be done as well as the anticipated cost and prompt insurance support. Absolutely amazing in our hour of need-can’t thank you enough”
“I have recently moved to Holders Hill practice and was super impressed both by the reception staff - Anna and Nicki - and the vet Phil. I really felt like they genuinely cared about my dog which is very rare nowadays. Thank you!”
“Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Staff so caring and knowledgable and professional and he is now recovering well at home. In fact he is the most spritely we have seen him in ages. Would highly recommend Willet house. many thanks once again from Elaine and Michael James.”
