“I visit the Lakeside branch and have treatments with the same Lady Oraneb. She’s amazing, so friendly, and some treatment areas are personal but she makes me feel so comfortable. The results for someone of my hair tone have been amazing, and I’ve seen the difference after my 2nd treatment! Also, I’ve been to previous clinics, and this branch have really good pricing and super friendly staff compared to others!!”

The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!”

I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make.
