“Samir cut my 5 year old's hair excellently. He had a bad experience previously at another barbers and so my boy was a bit nervous. Samir went above and beyond our expectations at putting my little boy at ease with lovely communication and so he was happy to have the full haircut inc clippers for the back and sides. “Lovely spot for a Sunday Roast. Took the Misses and some mates here a few weeks ago and the grub was very good and very reasonably priced too. One of the best roast spuds I've had in a pub. Guinness was up there with some of the better pints I've had. Not a massive fan of the inside of the pub, bit like a sports club I prefer more of a dirty old mans boozer, but it has a cracking beer garden for the sunny days. I'd return for a summers sesh on the ciders.”

“I've always been treated with courtesy and respect at this pharmacy. Between them they have a wealth of knowledge, they have always treated me with professionalism while at the same time been friendly and helpful. The head pharmacist has often gone beyond his duty to ensure my essential medication has been dispensed on time. The staff at the front counter are warm and welcoming creating a family friendly atmosphere that feels comfortable whilst at the same time providing an area for privacy should the need for discretion arise.”

“Been coming here years and it’s one of my favourite restaurants, it’s a cool place with delicious food. I do wish there was a little more variety on the menu but what they do make is delicious. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly.”

“I’ve been shopping at Budwalls since a teenager. Admittedly I only get in there once or a twice year these days, but it’s always the same pleasant experience. They offer a very personal service and their prices aren’t too bad either. Good to see their doors still open after all these years. All the best boys.”

“This is an absolutely fabulous park in Norwood. There are beautiful open spaces to walk your dog and lovely paths under trees. There is a huge lake which is home to many birds and wildlife. Very relaxing part of London. Can’t recommend enough to spend some time walking here and it is surprisingly quiet.”

“We were searching for fish and chips it was like 10.00 pm we couldn’t find any shops only this was opened. We thought they are going to be grumpy because it was closing time. They welcomed us with big smile and they are happy to serve us. I thought maybe they will give leftovers. But they did it from scratch. Tasty, crispy, fresh fish with thin batter that’s what I like . Well packed in a separate boxes easy to carry without mess. They were friendly and generous. I am not a fish and chips person because I don’t oily, saggy cold and thick batters . I would say this is the best place for fish and chips.”

“Lovely pub! Service was friendly and efficient. The pub was clean both inside and outside. There is a terrace at the back with some table and booths. The booths are equipped with heaters so you can enjoy them during all seasons. Food was nice and portions were sufficient for a group of 4. Toilets were clean. I would recommend this pub for any type of event. You can enjoy a pint with friends, or a party with colleagues. They also have live music sometimes so check the board at the entrance for information.”
