He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”

We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. “One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. This particular Dr was able to prescribe the antibiotic , whilst checking the type of infection to confirm the correct medication. If it had not been correct, I would have been told to stop and take a newly prescribed one. In the past no one has bothered to check what type of infection it is when prescribing antibiotics and I have been given the same ( which did not work) or 3 different ones( one after the other). Really not good. A pleasant and positive feeling with this Dr.”
