Our daughter created a bond with the staff which was nurtured as she progressed through baby room into toddler room where the team helped her with her independence. The Appletree setting has a real homely feel whilst maintaining a professional approach which gave my wife and I reassurance in knowing our little girl was safe and well cared for. “Our daughter currently attends the nursery (Feb 2019) and has been for 6 months now. She is very happy. The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”

“Purchased a phone appropriate for an elderly person in Argos today. Moesha served me. She was the most brilliant person. Not only advising on the appropriate phone but also how to use the phone and even set it up. That goes beyond good CS! She deserves a pat on the back at the very least. I highly recommend Moesha for anything tech. It’s worth noting we ended up in Argos as Vodafone we’re less than helpful and rather dismissive. Theyre loss, I’ll be heading to St Clare Argos and Moesha for my next Smartphone.”

“I don’t know why this GP has not got 5 * reviews, probably because of they couldn’t help much because of pandemic or patients has misjudged them. I just joined this GP a year ago as I moved in Uxbridge. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Over the time me and my wife spoke with receptionist and GP so many times regarding us and our little 6 months old son. The service we have received so far is beyond our expectations. They always ready to help as much as they can from their side. Very happy with all staffs, services and care. I saw Dr Shaikh last time and spoke with Dr Garsin last. And of course Dr Sharma is very very good. And want to say Thank You to all the team.”

During the online consultation, the doctor was very polite and kind, explaining things to me in a friendly manner, which helped to allay any concerns I had about going to the hospital overseas. When I went to pick up my prescription, I felt unwell and it was past the scheduled time, but they were still happy to accommodate me. The nurses were just as friendly as the doctor, and I felt that this was a hospital with a nice atmosphere.”

“Good chemist right next to the station, I always get my meds here. It's usually not too busy and I never have to wait very long before being served. Last time I collected here they told me that this branch was closing and I would have to get me next batch of medicine from the one in Chimes which is always super busy! How annoying I guess I will be collecting from somewhere closer to home in the future.”
