“I cannot recommend this place enough. I originally went to Runners Need and they had no shoes that felt comfortable. After a friend recommended these guys I trekked all the way to Fulham and they told me I needed a different type of shoe to what Runners Need told me so I was a little worried but I did not have any issues at all with the shoes and they were perfect. No issues through all my half marathon training. I’ve just come all the way to Newcastle for the Great North Run, left my trainers in London and these guys managed to go through their system over the phone to find the exact shoes I bought with them so I can buy them here. Amazing service, thank you Profeet.”

“I had a very good experience at the Walton store. I had bought some fleece zip tops that were the wrong size, but I didn’t get around to returning them for several months. The return was out of policy, but I had my receipt and the clerk let me exchange them for the right size. I don’t think they normally do this, but I was very happy they did. “The staff were very friendly and helpful. I learnt to ski as a beginner many years ago here. It's a great place to revise skiing skills in preparation for a holiday. There is a beginner and advanced slope. I think that the recreational skiing rate is very reasonable. The facilities do look a bit tired but they're functional and work! I liked the fact that they had an electronic calendar which meant you could change your booking last minute.”
