“This is the Clarks at Westfield mall at Sherped's Bush. Walked in looking for a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Found one on sale but needed the other shoe to the floor display. The sales person was very helpful and detailed oriented. Another associate sent up the other shoe, but my sales person found out it was the same size but different width. I ended up not buying anything this time but will def be back because of the positive experience.”

“Many thanks to the very helpful manager & staff members working at 1pm on Wednesday 28th September. Today, I went to shop for frames and the self check out till crashed. I didn't get my receipts. Because it was paid with my business card, I needed those receipts. Everyone at the till area went above and beyond to fix the issue, asked for their manager and after several phone call, the issue was sorted. These 3 employees made this shopping experience better than most.”

I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff.
