I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. I am now booked in for a long over due check up and to have some extra work scheduled. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive of my fear.”

Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. “I have been in a last minute situation of looking for somewhere to live, after Cecilia had rang and we got talking. The whole process made it easier and manageable to deal with. My anxiety was through the roof, yet Cecilia had been so understanding and helped. My whole dealing with the team was amazing. Good job!”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
