“I really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I got the mix grill for 2, and it was more than enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “What we really like about going to this Costa is that most times we are there there it's not too busy. Tables are spaced out well so that they don't tend to feel claustrophobic. The music is not too heavy, so we are able to enjoy both it and conversation. Not always a great selection of foodstuffs. And, although you can use your Costa card to add points, you can't redeem them at this location (bit of a pain). Still, it has also thought about families with very young children in providing a few things to do. On the whole, it's not a bad place to visit if you don't mind paying the Costa prices!”

“I went here with my family as I was intrigued with the layout. Fortunately it was only us as the space is small and intimate. I liked the cushion seating which gave the atmosphere a Middle Eastern vibe. When the food came I was pleasantly surprised with how filling the Arab Breakfast was; it was just right not too bloated and overly full. The hummus, bread, falafel were all very tasty, freshly made, moist and fluffy. We shared the Tiramisu and it was divine ! ♥️”

“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.”

Would recommend especially as staff are so lovely and polite. The man who served me (Adam) was extremely helpful as I am new to the area gave good recommendations. “One of my favourite Cafe Nero’s. If I’m ever lucky enough to be passing, I will make sure to pay a visit again. I had a lovely croissant served to me by the lady at one side of the counter, and my flat white was made to perfection by Dylan, who was incredibly friendly, chatty, and professional. The experience made a fairly stressful shopping trip to Manchester much more relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll be back!”
