He carefully explains each stage of the procedure beforehand and then explains each step during the procedure as it is taking place. He makes me feel relaxed and at ease, and he also explains the after care very well. I would highly recommend Dr Jav for the reasons set out above.”

I have received a half-treatment plan before, but came to Laser Clinics UK to finish it off, and the whole establishment is so much more professional, painless, and effective than my previous experience. Delia especially is so knowledgeable, polite, and makes me feel like I’m in great hands. Her professionalism and skill are some of the best I’ve seen. “I was delightfully surprised with this stay. The building looks a little drab outside but inside it was a delight. From the warm and friendly staff, to the welcoming lobby, our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was big and comfortable, the shower provided good hot water and we loved the twirling water shower head. It couldn't be positioned better, in good reach of restaurants, theatre, shopping and Manchester Arena. Excellent breakfast (just not a fan of the powdery scrambled egg!) All in all, enjoyable stay and we will be back.”

“Stayed here for my graduation. Location is great! Near the university. Vegan options for breakfast were amazing! I loved the vegan sausages and the stewed apple toasted nut porridge! Gary was very helpful serving food for breakfast.”

“Having stayed at the Treehouse London I was looking forward to trying the newer and larger Treehouse Manchester. I decided to book the hotel as value was good at time of booking and location next to shopping centre and short walk to Aviva Studios was ideal. The room was very comfortable, large and well appointed with amenities needed for my short stay. Wider hotel had lots to offer as well with well equipped gym, plenty of spots to dine and drink and even a movie theatre. Will certainly be considering a future stay and visit to this hotel.”

“This was a last minute booking for my elderly parents. The website interface was very user friendly and they quickly assisted when Gmail junked their confirmation email. The driver was on time and made the pick up smoothly all the while communicating with both me and my parents, keeping me updated when he picked them up and when he got them home safely. Thanks. “Wow. This has to be one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to! It’s located in the Northern Quarter (Manchester) and it’s situated in an urban area. When you walk inside, you are greeted with a calming fountain and a beautiful atmosphere, just as calming as the fountain. You talk to the staff, who are very nice and kind (10/10) and order your drink (if you want). There is also a wide array of affordable food, you can get cakes, chapatis and quesadillas as well. I ordered Karma Cola (sugar-free) which doesn’t taste like any other cola, it tastes better. The cola isn’t too sweet as well, compared to other colas. You explore around the cafe, curiously, and find the Library. Now, this library is the calmest library I’ve ever been to. Shelves are filled with books and the room is painted in an ambient brown, making it feel even more calming. You look around the library, head to toe in a sense of tranquil. No music is played here. It’s very quiet. You leave the cafe satisfied and calm. Overall, you need to try this cafe, it’s great. The staff are nice, it is affordable, drinks are high quality and if you are looking for a cafe where you can study or just relax, this is the right place for you.”

“Great experience, Zizzi has always been an untraditional Italian pizzeria. Always having new dishes. The staff are really friendly and Rowan helped us a lot specially with the kids toys made my daughter forget about the wanting time of the order.”

“Great service, Was a little disappointed at first as what we were served did not look like the image on menu (in relation to size) however was immediately offered more- which resulted in us taking some back home. “I came to the Private Clinic Manchester for surgery as I had read some very good reviews online and done my research and expected good things. And it exceeded my expectations. From the manager Alex who chaperoned and held my hand the whole way through, to the lovely ladies on reception and nursing team. Mr Fattah is like no other surgeon and believe me I have had many consultations. I’m 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier! I’m even thinking of other things to have just so I can go back to the clinic for a catch up and some snacks! The best clinic, thank you for everything!”

“Just got back from an overnight stay with my 8 year old autistic son. My sons special interest is vehicles of any description, I mentioned this when booking the room and asked if we could possibly be overlooking either a road or train station. Our room was perfect, he was blown away, we could see trains, trams, buses cars the whole shabang! The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, understanding of my son and his needs, nothing has been too much trouble. We enjoyed the pool, had room service and ate at the breakfast buffet. All fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, the staff and location are perfect.”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)”

Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”
