“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“Been coming here for a couple of years now. My natural nails are a mess and often when I get acrylics they only last about 2 weeks but here they always stay on well. I have gone 5 weeks with them all still on which is unheard of for me. Nice people, always do a great job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails now.”

“Simple and good hotel, with an excellent location in the northern part of the city center. Very close to the Arndale Mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Exceptional service — quick, efficient, respectful, and pleasant. Clean rooms and overall a very clean hotel. The dining area is a bit crowded for my taste, and the English breakfast is basic.”

“Stayed at the bury premier in for 1 night. Good location and rooms clean and a very good nights sleep. I are evening meal and breakfast which was absolutely lovely and very high quality. Reception and evening staff polite and helpful and I enjoyed my little chat to the breakfast ladies who again were polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean and food fabulous x thanks for making my stay fantastic.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

“We stayed here with out 4 children for a few nights due to work being done at our home. I can honestly say the staff that work here are absolutely incredible. They made our stay so easy & couldn’t do enough! From prepping a high chair at meal times before we even came down to making paper aeroplanes with our son & making them fly! The staff here genuinely make the place and I honestly can not thank them enough! The rooms were perfect very large (we had 2 family rooms) VERY clean.”

“We came in yesterday with a vague idea of what we wanted for our honeymoon, but it required multiple bookings, so we hoped Virgin may be able to help and arrange it all for us. We were greeted by a lady called Nicole, and provided with drinks and cake upon arrival. Nicole was incredibly helpful. She's very well travelled and took so much time to piece together our honeymoon ideas. In store she explored many different options for us and created a comprehensive quotation for us to consider which was emailed to us. In the meantime we did some research into other possibilities, emailed Nicole and she was so quick to amend each quote for us. Nicole is an asset to the store and has genuinely crafted our dream honeymoon, which I'm thrilled to say we booked today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend pop in and see her. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. “The perfect airport hotel. A complementary shuttle bus is available from the airport, which arrived to pick me up just outside the terminal. From my arrival in reception I was greeted by very attentive and friendly staff - the place has a feeling of being orderly and efficient yet still maintaining that relaxed atmosphere. My room had a comfortable bed, super soft sheets and was quiet - I couldn’t hear any noise from the airport. The selection and quality of the buffet breakfast was brilliant. Everything you could want prepared and displayed to an high standard. Mike and John were going over and above to ensure all guests had a great experience. Overall I was impressed with my stay, and glad I chose this hotel after a very long flight.”

Professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, Wade mixed fantastic drinks and offered great recommendations based on what I liked. What stood out most was his service—fast, thoughtful, and consistently upbeat, even when the bar got busy. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates. If you’re staying at the Marriott (or even if you’re just passing through), make sure to stop by the bar and ask for Wade. He’ll make your visit a great one. He really made my birthday so special x”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”
