“I got a puncture on my vehicle and despite the short notice I was able to bring my vehicle in and get it fixed. All 3 members of staff were friendly, polite, informed me of what was needed and got my tyre fixed quickly.”

“10 min walk to Trafford Centre. 5 min walk to pub next door. Not a scenic part of the world. Views are A-roads or vacant plots. Clean, large rooms. Modern feel. Ensuite with soap/shampoo. Breakfast was part of the deal and this was selection of help yourself hot and cold items. There is a bar in the hotel. The hotel does serve food until 9.30pm and pizzas are 24hrs room service. Car park gets busy - £5 for one night. Arrive early to get a space.”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“Went on Saturday night to see a unpopular film. it was a great experience, as zero queues, quick to get snacks. great seat positioning (right in middle of screen). the screen was great, sound awesome. Clean. and even the "cheaper" seats were comfortable with lots of leg room for a 6ft man.”

I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. She gave me lots of great tips and there was no pressure at all to buy a bra either, even though I did end up buying one as it was just so comfy! “Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

“I visited the store in Trafford Palazzo for the first time and met with Mr Jacob. I found a great deal and services from him. He was very friendly and approachable. He gave us ample time to look around ourselves before explaining about the different ranges and quality of products. The store itself was beautifully designed with a wide variety of furniture. I highly recommend and would certainly consider Natuzzi Trafford again for any future purchases. Look forward to receiving my product.”

“Amazing food for a supermarket cafe! Had to take my car in to the garage next door so had no way of getting back until it was fixed so popped in for some food. Really unexpected to be honest. I had hallumi burger with chilli jam and lettuce with peri peri fries (I know right) then to finish I had a salted caramel flapjack and my mum had mince pie bakewell, really delicious, she says the best she's ever had. Staff were nice and service was efficient.”

“I've have been a customer with iippy ffor a few months. He helped em at hristmas and this year when my clutch went on my car. Which was a great expence. Thanks to Karl and the team, they were able together someone in to help me get that sorted as I'm a single mum with 2 children and struggle along. These guys are a fantastic team. They strive to get ppl the best help and deals possible they are also very understanding when emergencies happen and will work with you to help where they can.. this company deserves 10 stars not five. “Purchased a sofa yesterday. Never been to a Sofology store before. Will initially greeted us said how the store works, then we left to have a look around. We found a sofa we liked and Will took us the rest of the way. Really friendly and easy to speak to so 10/10 for Will. Looking forward to receiving our sofa in due course. Only bit of feedback is to Sofology as a company. Sort out the delivery price I think it’s expensive. Also look at removing the old sofa too.”

I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. Can't praise the whole process enough. Thank you Hamza for excellent Customer Service .”
