“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“First time here and it didnt disappoint! Great service and great food! Steak was cooked to perfection, corn ribs were yummy and the half rack of ribs were super tasty! Had a chocolate milkshake for dessert too! Overall good value for money! Car park gets a bit hectic at busy times but still seemed to be spaces available.”

The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. “As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

Not only did one of the co-owners do a great job with my hair (I was being complimented all day) but when I couldn't summon a cab to take me back to my hotel (none available) he drive me back there himself! Cannot say how much I appreciated such a very kind gesture, I highly recommend this salon.”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. “Haven’t been here for a good few years. Used to go regularly but got bored of the flavours and prices went up. Went today as we were craving for authentic halal Chinese food. The food was amazing. From the squid to the prawn balls. The egg fried was nice. The best had to be the roast duck in black bean sauce. The flavours were deliges and the duck tasted good. The complimentary prawn crackers were a good touch. Will be definitely coming here again soon.”
