“I bought a sealed laptop from the Bury store - they gave me speedy next day delivery, unfortunately there was a minor software problem that I managed to get sorted. Meanwhile the manager (Alex) took ownership of my problem & offered a free return to get the laptop working. It was not required but I was very impressed by the standard of customer service. I will definitely shop with Cash Converters again.”

“I've used this shop several times even though it's not local to me, its a proper old school shop manned by blokes who know what they are talking about unlike some of the national chains out there. My latest visit was to purchase a new battery for my Seat Leon they tested the old one and explained what the issue was and the fact that the battery was on its way out and the fact that this was causing several functions on the vehicle to shut down and create warning lights as the car was trying to conserve power by turning stuff off. Great shop”

“Just wanted to share how fabulous Yomi (sorry if that's spelled incorrectly!) in the Bury store is. I've been in a few times and she seems to be on shift when I go in. I wear a larger shoe size so finding footwear at reasonable prices in a preferred style can be somewhat difficult. In my last visit, Yomi went above and beyond, found every shoe in my size for me to try as well as helped locate another pair of boots in another store. Yomi is super friendly and genuine and deserves recognition! Thank you!”
