“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“It was my first teppanyaki experience and I absolutely loved it. The food and service was great. The chefs were really entertaining and it was fascinating to see the food being prepared. I will definitely go back.”

“I have been here from the start. The taste is fabulous. I can vouch for it having eaten in so many so called Kerala restaurants. The only thing missing this time is the squid Masala. I am told that it's on the menu in their Whitefield Sindhoor restaurant. Tandoori chicken was not filled with colour like elsewhere. Definitely recommended.”

“Very good service from the waiters. The food is pretty good. The fried chicken has a lovely coating and is very crispy with very juicy meat underneath. The coconut rice is fragrant with coconut but also it is not sticky. A very interesting texture I don't usually have. The sambal taste amazing. Lovely flavours of the anchovies. The chicken satay was the best I had so far compared to the supermarket stuff. Proper char and the peanut sauce taste great. I'm really happy that the sambal was not spicy not because I can't tolerate spice but it's because I can taste the flavours. Not a criticism but the price is very high. So if you got the money, go for it.”

“Wow, wow, wow... What an amazing Gay Bar on Canal Street, Manchester. We all attended this bar for afternoon drinks. The weather was good enough to sit outside, the Halloween decorations were totally amazing. We shall always visit this place when in Manchester and we were lucky enough to meet the guy that did the Halloween decorations, he also does the Christmas ones too.”

“Our second visit and again, an absolutely fantastic evening! Superb food, all 3 courses were fantastic just like last time. The house red is brilliant too! The pasta and pizza were great and the ricotta cheesecake was to die for! So so good! Outdoor dinning was lovely in the courtyard. Already looking forward to going back again soon! Highly recommend, gluten free and vegan options available. Perfect for couples and families. It’s an absolute little gem!”

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”

“Wow. What a fabulous meal that covered a group of people with an assortment of allergies. Never have been able to go to a restaurant and know that all their food was egg free and nut free. There was a great selection of gluten-free food too. The food was cooked to perfection, the taste, there aren’t sufficient words to describe how good it was. Would we go again? Absolutely. I have already recommended it to 2 people this morning and it’s only 10am.”

“I bought chicken wings and chicken pad thai. It’s made fresh whilst you can watch. So make sure you are ready for the smell to go all over you. Lol. The portions are HUGE. Price is so unbelievably reasonable. Food is yummy! It’s Halal.”

“We ate at Zaytoon for the first time last night and we absolutely loved it. The food was amazing; just delicious. We had the mezze platter and a whole sea bass, and everything was perfect. One of us wanted more lamb and had the kebabs, which he said were delicious too. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back.”

“Indian Affair is hands down my favourite spot for Indian food in Chorlton - I come here regularly and always leave full & happy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. My go-to order is Butter Chicken with their garlic naan and perfectly cooked pilau rice. The Lamb Nihari is another favourite - rich, tender and a great portion size! And if you love street food-style starters, the Samosa Chaat is a must-try. On top of the amazing food, the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get. Whether you’re dining in or getting a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

“This place is not only a Gem of Chorlton but also a serious contender for the best Indian food in a very wide radius... Their Lamb karahi is the best I've tasted and I've eaten alot of karahi. Super tender lamb & loaded with flavour! Friendly staff & food that makes your belly happy, what more can you ask for! 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to recommend & already can't wait for the next time we visit!”

“To be honest, this guy makes freaking good pizza. Romana was simply delicious. Thin and crispy dough and lots of toppings. The only downside is that pizzas can only be ordered between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. But on the other hand, the price of the pizza is very low considering its high quality.”

“My son got his hair cut here today and it looks absolutely amazing! Super stylish and it's made a nice year old very proud and confident. My son can also be a difficult customer for a barber as he has difficulty sitting still, so you can add good with children to the list.”

The restaurant was well designed, very cosy and elegant. All the dishes were beautifully served and delicious. We were even offered a freebie, appetiser, before our meals. “The first time I went in was my first time in Manchester. I came in as a customer and got a tattoo from Stephen. The following year, I came in as a tattoo artist, and Stephen and Dan are two fantastic people. I visited the museum with "RAMBO" and it was absolutely incredible. The studio is unique, the atmosphere is sensational. If you don't know or visit Rambo's, you don't know what tattooing is! For me, it's the best studio/museum.”
